Malvern

The Malvern area was originally settled in the 17th century by Welsh immigrants who bought land from William Penn. It has historic significance as the site of the Paoli Battlefield, where General Anthony Wayne commanded his troops during the Revolutionary War. Today the Borough of Malvern has a mix of residential styles and neighborhoods, retail and industrial businesses, dedicated open land, and numerous civic, cultural, and religious organizations. Malvern is also home to the Great Valley Corporate Center, The Vanguard Group, Siemens Healthcare and many other well known corporations.
