Chester Springs

One of the most historically significant places in Chester County, Chester Springs is the home of Historic Yellow Springs Village and the Mill at Anselma. Historic Yellow Springs Village grew around churches established in the 1770’s by the German Reformed and Lutherans. The Mill at Anselma is one of the best-preserved examples of a grain mill of its kind in the country, with its original wooden gearing system and millstones. It is still fully functional and continues to mill flour and cornmeal for sale.
